At the heart of the system is the intelligent NICE MC824 control unit, equipped with a built-in radio receiver, obstacle detection, anti-crush safety clutch, pedestrian opening function and programmable deceleration during opening and closing. The controller also supports 8.2 kΩ resistive safety edges and optional PS124 backup batteries for continued operation during power failures.
